Returns Policy

Overview

At Tatamill, we take great care in creating and delivering our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Each Tatamill product reflects the characteristics of its materials and craftsmanship. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Such variations are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify as grounds for return or exchange.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the condition of the item

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy at our discretion. 


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For all other cases, we recommend placing a new order after the return has been processed and approved.
